These terms govern the free electronic services currently available through craftedbills.com. They do not yet constitute a paid subscription or a public licence to the CraftedBills App. **Effective from 21 July 2026** ## Service provider The service is operated by Crafted Solutions Sp. z o.o., ul. Tęczowa 13, 53-601 Wrocław, Poland, tax ID (NIP): 8971943783, represented by Marek Pawlak, President of the Management Board. Contact: hello@craftedbills.com. ## 1. Service and scope The website provides public information about CraftedBills, product documentation, feature descriptions, demonstration screens, contact by email and information about possible future tests. The current website has no user accounts, checkout, paid plans or public API. App access, a test programme or a paid service may be governed by separate terms presented before access is granted. ## 2. Technical requirements Using the website requires an internet connection, a current browser supporting HTTPS and standard web technologies, and — for email contact — an email account. The user bears the ordinary costs charged by their internet or communications provider. Browser security updates and reasonable device protection are recommended. ## 3. Starting and ending use A free agreement for access to the website is concluded when the user opens the website and ends when the user leaves it. Email contact starts when a message is sent and may be ended at any time by stopping correspondence. The user may stop using every currently available service at any time without notice. ## 4. User obligations and prohibited content The user must act lawfully, respect third-party rights and refrain from disrupting or attempting to bypass the security of the website. - Do not submit unlawful content, malware, credentials belonging to another person or material that infringes privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights. - Do not overload, scan, attack or interfere with the website or its infrastructure. - Do not impersonate another person or provide misleading information in contact or test requests. ## 5. Product information and professional responsibility CraftedBills is software and an app that help solo entrepreneurs navigate the process of preparing settlement documents and handing them over to accounting. It supports organisation and review; it does not keep statutory books, calculate tax liabilities or replace an accountant, tax adviser or legal adviser. Demonstration data, roadmap descriptions and planned integrations are informational and are not a guarantee of release date, performance or legal compliance in a specific business situation. ## 6. Intellectual property The website, its copy, visual system, CraftedBills name, application screens and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users may browse and retain these terms for personal or internal business information. No licence to copy, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially reuse the app or website materials is granted except where mandatory law allows it or Crafted Solutions agrees in writing. ## 7. Availability and external services We take reasonable steps to keep the website available and secure, but maintenance, provider failures, security events or force majeure may cause interruptions. Links or future integrations may lead to third-party services governed by their own terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. ## 8. Complaints and contact Complaints about the electronic services may be sent to hello@craftedbills.com. Please identify the affected service, describe the issue, state the expected resolution and provide a reply address. We aim to respond within 14 days. A response may require additional information necessary to understand the issue. ## 9. Privacy Personal data is handled under the CraftedBills Privacy Policy. Users should not send real invoices, bank statements, access tokens or other confidential accounting material through ordinary email unless a secure support method has been agreed. ## 10. Changes and governing law We may update these terms when the service, law or provider setup changes. The current version and effective date are published on this page. Polish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rules that apply to a particular user. ## Product boundaries - Public, read-only marketing website. - The current MVP works locally on macOS and has an iOS simulator build. KSeF TEST and Fakturownia publishing adapters are ready for controlled credential-based validation; production KSeF remains disabled. - CraftedBills is software and an app that help solo entrepreneurs navigate the process of preparing settlement documents and handing them over to accounting. - No public API, authentication, checkout, payment or agent actions are available on this website.
