# A clear path from payment to a closed month.

CraftedBills separates source records, suggestions and human decisions. That makes every step traceable and every unresolved item visible.

## 1. Add the payments

Import the period from an mBank PDF, adaptive CSV, MT940 or CAMT.053 statement. Preview the range, keep only new records and classify operations that do not require an expense document.

**Result: a reliable list of payments that defines the month’s completeness denominator.**

## 2. Collect every kind of document

Run KSeF TEST for Polish invoices, add local and foreign PDFs, or watch a folder. Text extraction and supported OCR happen on-device.

- KSeF XML kept as an original
- Foreign PDFs treated as first-class documents
- Scans can use local PL/EN OCR

**Result: one document view without pretending that KSeF contains every business expense.**

## 3. Review suggestions and exceptions

The matcher compares identifiers, amounts, currencies, suppliers and dates. Strong candidates can be accepted; uncertain ones remain in review.

- Reasons for and against every candidate
- Manual decisions override later suggestions
- Missing and excluded items remain distinct

**Result: a month whose completeness can be explained, not merely scored.**

## 4. Report and close the month

Export a monthly ZIP with reports, accepted source documents and a SHA-256 manifest. Close the month only after reviewing unresolved work or recording a reason.

## A demonstration month

A sample company imports 84 payments, receives 37 KSeF invoices and finds 26 foreign PDFs. CraftedBills proposes the clear matches, routes uncertain pairs to review and reveals six missing documents. These are demonstration figures, not customer performance claims.

## Product boundaries

- Public, read-only marketing website.
- The current MVP works locally on macOS and has an iOS simulator build. KSeF TEST and Fakturownia publishing adapters are ready for controlled credential-based validation; production KSeF remains disabled.
- CraftedBills is software and an app that help solo entrepreneurs navigate the process of preparing settlement documents and handing them over to accounting.
- No public API, authentication, checkout, payment or agent actions are available on this website.
