CraftedBills imports an mBank statement PDF, an adaptive bank CSV, MT940 or CAMT.053 statement, keeps the immutable source record and turns each operation into a payment that can be checked against documents.

## Why it helps

- **A reliable starting point:** The completeness result is based on actual imported payments, not on a folder of invoices.
- **Safe repeat imports:** Stable fingerprints prevent the same bank operation from being added twice.
- **A clear denominator:** Transfers, taxes or card repayments can be excluded with a recorded reason.

## From file to reviewable payments

1. **Detect and preview** — Review parsed payments, documents, original card amounts, duplicates and closed-period blocks before anything is saved.
2. **Normalize without rewriting** — Dates, amounts and descriptions are normalized while the original source remains intact.
3. **Deduplicate** — A fingerprint identifies repeated imports and unchanged operations.
4. **Run matching** — Only new payments enter the matching and exception workflow.

- Public, read-only marketing website.
- The current MVP works locally on macOS and has an iOS simulator build. KSeF TEST and Fakturownia publishing adapters are ready for controlled credential-based validation; production KSeF remains disabled.
- CraftedBills is software and an app that help solo entrepreneurs navigate the process of preparing settlement documents and handing them over to accounting.
- No public API, authentication, checkout, payment or agent actions are available on this website.
