CraftedBills keeps unresolved payments in dedicated queues. A missing invoice, a weak match and a deliberate exclusion are different states—and each one stays explainable.

**Available in the current MVP**

## Different problems need different actions

- **Missing:** A payment requires a document but no acceptable candidate has been found.
- **Needs review:** A plausible document exists, but a person must inspect the reasons or discrepancies.
- **Excluded with a reason:** Taxes, own transfers or card repayments remain visible in the audit without distorting completeness.

## From exception to resolution

1. **Prioritize** — Sort missing payments by month, age, supplier, amount or source.
2. **Search again** — Review local documents, rerun KSeF TEST or add a PDF from a supplier portal.
3. **Record the next action** — Add a note, mark a supplier request or flag the item for the accountant.
4. **Close consciously** — A month with exceptions requires a reason and leaves a closing snapshot.

- The current MVP works locally on macOS and has an iOS simulator build. KSeF TEST and Fakturownia publishing adapters are ready for controlled credential-based validation; production KSeF remains disabled.
- CraftedBills is software and an app that help solo entrepreneurs navigate the process of preparing settlement documents and handing them over to accounting.
- No public API, authentication, checkout, payment or agent actions are available on this website.
