# Understand every match before you accept it.

CraftedBills compares identifiers, amount, currency, supplier and dates. It shows the evidence for and against a candidate, while your decision always takes priority over later suggestions.

## A score is context, not a verdict

- **High confidence:** A strong identity signal plus consistent amount and dates may be accepted according to company policy.
- **Medium confidence:** A plausible candidate always requires a person to review the reasons and mismatches.
- **Low confidence:** A useful search lead can be shown without pretending the pair is safe to accept.

## What the matcher checks

1. **Invoice and KSeF identifiers** — Document numbers in the payment title are among the strongest signals.
2. **Amount and currency** — Exact values, original currency and explicit FX tolerances are compared separately.
3. **Supplier identity** — VAT IDs, bank accounts, normalized names and visible aliases help identify the same supplier.
4. **Dates and payment pattern** — The matcher chooses the closest useful pair across issue or due date and transaction or booking date. Due date is deliberately a weaker signal and dates never decide alone.

## Product boundaries

- Public, read-only marketing website.
- The current MVP works locally on macOS and has an iOS simulator build. KSeF TEST and Fakturownia publishing adapters are ready for controlled credential-based validation; production KSeF remains disabled.
- CraftedBills is software and an app that help solo entrepreneurs navigate the process of preparing settlement documents and handing them over to accounting.
- No public API, authentication, checkout, payment or agent actions are available on this website.
